libgwrap-runtime-dev software package provides scripting interface generator for C - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgwrap-runtime-dev
libgwrap-runtime-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgwrap-runtime-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgwrap-runtime-dev *
You will get with libgwrap-runtime-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
