libguestfs-rsync software package provides guest disk image management system - rsync support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libguestfs-rsync
libguestfs-rsync is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libguestfs-rsync package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libguestfs-rsync *
You will get with libguestfs-rsync package name, version, architecture and description in a table
