libgtk2.0-bin software package provides programs for the GTK+ graphical user interface library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-bin
libgtk2.0-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtk2.0-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtk2.0-bin *
You will get with libgtk2.0-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
