libgstreamer-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml interface to the gstreamer library -- development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-ocaml-dev
libgstreamer-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgstreamer-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgstreamer-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libgstreamer-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
