libgo7-s390x-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo7-s390x-cross
libgo7-s390x-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgo7-s390x-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgo7-s390x-cross *
You will get with libgo7-s390x-cross package name, version, architecture and description in a table
