libgluegen2-rt-java software package provides Tool to automatically generate the Java and JNI code, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgluegen2-rt-java
libgluegen2-rt-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgluegen2-rt-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgluegen2-rt-java *
You will get with libgluegen2-rt-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
