libglibmm-2.4-dbg software package provides C++ wrapper for the GLib toolkit (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglibmm-2.4-dbg
libglibmm-2.4-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglibmm-2.4-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglibmm-2.4-dbg *
You will get with libglibmm-2.4-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
