libghc-base-compat-prof software package provides A compatibility layer for base; profiling libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-base-compat-prof
libghc-base-compat-prof is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-base-compat-prof package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-base-compat-prof *
