libgeoclue-2-dev software package provides convenience library to interact with geoinformation service (devel files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeoclue-2-dev
libgeoclue-2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeoclue-2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeoclue-2-dev *
You will get with libgeoclue-2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
