libgcrypt20-dev software package provides LGPL Crypto library - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcrypt20-dev
libgcrypt20-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcrypt20-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcrypt20-dev *
You will get with libgcrypt20-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
