libgccjit0 software package provides GCC just-in-time compilation (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgccjit0
libgccjit0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgccjit0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgccjit0 *
You will get with libgccjit0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
