libgail18 software package provides GNOME Accessibility Implementation Library -- shared libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgail18
libgail18 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgail18 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgail18 *
You will get with libgail18 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
