libepc-ui-dev software package provides Easy Publish and Consume library - widget development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libepc-ui-dev
libepc-ui-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libepc-ui-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libepc-ui-dev *
You will get with libepc-ui-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
