libend-perl software package provides Perl interface to execute code at end of scope, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libend-perl
libend-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libend-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libend-perl *
You will get with libend-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
