libelk0 software package provides implementation of Scheme (the Extension Language Kit), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelk0
libelk0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelk0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelk0 *
You will get with libelk0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
