libefreet-bin software package provides D-Bus activated helper binary to create efreet data caches, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libefreet-bin
libefreet-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libefreet-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libefreet-bin *
You will get with libefreet-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
