libeegdev0 software package provides Biosignal acquisition device library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeegdev0
libeegdev0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeegdev0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeegdev0 *
You will get with libeegdev0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
