libeegdev-dev software package provides Biosignal acquisition device library (Developement files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeegdev-dev
libeegdev-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeegdev-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeegdev-dev *
You will get with libeegdev-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
