libdlmcontrol3 software package provides Distributed Lock Manager control library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdlmcontrol3
libdlmcontrol3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdlmcontrol3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdlmcontrol3 *
You will get with libdlmcontrol3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
