libdjvulibre21 software package provides Runtime support for the DjVu image format, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdjvulibre21
libdjvulibre21 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdjvulibre21 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdjvulibre21 *
You will get with libdjvulibre21 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
