libdee-qt4-dev software package provides Qt binding for Dee - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdee-qt4-dev
libdee-qt4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdee-qt4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdee-qt4-dev *
You will get with libdee-qt4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
