libdatetime-format-iso8601-per software package provides module to parse ISO8601 date and time formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdatetime-format-iso8601-per
libdatetime-format-iso8601-per is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdatetime-format-iso8601-per package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdatetime-format-iso8601-per*
You will get with libdatetime-format-iso8601-per package name, version, architecture and description in a table
