libdate-range-perl software package provides work with a range of dates, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdate-range-perl
libdate-range-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdate-range-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdate-range-perl *
You will get with libdate-range-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
