libcuda1-304 software package provides NVIDIA CUDA runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcuda1-304
libcuda1-304 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcuda1-304 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcuda1-304 *
You will get with libcuda1-304 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
