libcsnd6-java software package provides Java bindings for the Csound API, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsnd6-java
libcsnd6-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsnd6-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsnd6-java *
You will get with libcsnd6-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
