libcsmith0 software package provides generator of random C programs (runtime library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsmith0
libcsmith0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsmith0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsmith0 *
You will get with libcsmith0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
