libcqrlib2 software package provides Library for quaternion arithmetic and rotation math, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcqrlib2
libcqrlib2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcqrlib2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcqrlib2 *
You will get with libcqrlib2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
