libconfig-mvp-perl software package provides multivalue-property package-oriented configuration module, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconfig-mvp-perl
libconfig-mvp-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconfig-mvp-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconfig-mvp-perl *
You will get with libconfig-mvp-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
