libcollada-dom2.4-dp-dev software package provides collada-dom 2.4.0 C++ headers and build tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcollada-dom2.4-dp-dev
libcollada-dom2.4-dp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcollada-dom2.4-dp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcollada-dom2.4-dp-dev *
