libcogl20 software package provides Object oriented GL/GLES Abstraction/Utility Layer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcogl20
libcogl20 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcogl20 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcogl20 *
You will get with libcogl20 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
