libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library GTK+ widget (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev
libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev *
You will get with libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
