libclang1-3.7 software package provides C interface to the clang library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclang1-3.7
libclang1-3.7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclang1-3.7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclang1-3.7 *
You will get with libclang1-3.7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
