libclang-3.6-dev software package provides clang library - Development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclang-3.6-dev
libclang-3.6-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclang-3.6-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclang-3.6-dev *
You will get with libclang-3.6-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
