libcddb-get-perl software package provides Perl interface to read the CDDB entry for an audio CD in your drive, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcddb-get-perl
libcddb-get-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcddb-get-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcddb-get-perl *
You will get with libcddb-get-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
