libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl software package provides set up the environment from Catalysts config file, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl
libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl*
You will get with libcatalyst-plugin-setenv-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
