$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libc-bin 

libc-bin is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libc-bin package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc-bin *

You will get with libc-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table

libc-bin package basic information:
