libbzrtp-dev software package provides Development files for the Bzrtp key exchange library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbzrtp-dev
libbzrtp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbzrtp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbzrtp-dev *
You will get with libbzrtp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
