libbiococoa2 software package provides Bioinformatics framework for GNUstep and Cocoa (library files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbiococoa2
libbiococoa2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbiococoa2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbiococoa2 *
You will get with libbiococoa2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
