libbcel-java software package provides Analyze, create, and manipulate (binary) Java class files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbcel-java
libbcel-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbcel-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbcel-java *
You will get with libbcel-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
