libaudio-wma-perl software package provides perl extension for reading WMA/ASF Metadata, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaudio-wma-perl
libaudio-wma-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaudio-wma-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaudio-wma-perl *
You will get with libaudio-wma-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
