libatlas-test software package provides Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra Software, test programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatlas-test
libatlas-test is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatlas-test package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatlas-test *
You will get with libatlas-test package name, version, architecture and description in a table
