libaspell15 software package provides GNU Aspell spell-checker runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaspell15
libaspell15 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaspell15 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaspell15 *
You will get with libaspell15 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
