libapache2-svn software package provides Apache Subversion server modules for Apache httpd (dummy package), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-svn
libapache2-svn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-svn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-svn *
You will get with libapache2-svn package name, version, architecture and description in a table
