libapache-session-wrapper-perl software package provides simple wrapper around Apache::Session, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-session-wrapper-perl
libapache-session-wrapper-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-session-wrapper-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-session-wrapper-perl*
