libantlr2.7-cil software package provides language tool for constructing recognizers, compilers etc, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libantlr2.7-cil
libantlr2.7-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libantlr2.7-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libantlr2.7-cil *
You will get with libantlr2.7-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
