libangles-dev software package provides Robot OS set of simple math utilities to work with angles, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libangles-dev
libangles-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libangles-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libangles-dev *
You will get with libangles-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
