kernel-image-4.4.0-21-powerpc- software package provides Linux kernel binary image for the Debian installer, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kernel-image-4.4.0-21-powerpc-
kernel-image-4.4.0-21-powerpc- is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kernel-image-4.4.0-21-powerpc- package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kernel-image-4.4.0-21-powerpc-*
