kdevplatform-l10n software package provides language package for the KDevelop platform, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdevplatform-l10n
kdevplatform-l10n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdevplatform-l10n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdevplatform-l10n *
You will get with kdevplatform-l10n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
