kded5-dbg software package provides Extensible daemon for providing session services, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kded5-dbg
kded5-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kded5-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kded5-dbg *
You will get with kded5-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
