kadu-mime-tex software package provides Plugin for Kadu, that TeX formulas in chat window, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kadu-mime-tex
kadu-mime-tex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kadu-mime-tex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kadu-mime-tex *
You will get with kadu-mime-tex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
